Apartments

The apartments are equipped with a full kitchen, sofa, free Wi-Fi and bathroom with shower.
They are apartments with one or two fully equipped bedrooms (100% cotton sheets and towels, down duvets, etc.).
Two of them have balconies with views of the mountain and the outdoor parking is exclusively for guests.
We also have wooden tables in the grounds, which you can use for picnics.

Our dream

The idea of naming the apartments after the four points of the compass (in Basque) IPAR, HEGO, EKI and MENDE grew out of the desire to express the idea with which we started this project 10 years ago with so much enthusiasm, realising the dream of building a place open to all the senses and with the aim of offering a unique experience through which to find oneself.

And we began by completely remodelling an old farmhouse, turning it into a charming and comfortable home, where appreciating the sunsets or listening to the singing of the birds when you wake up, filling you with energy.

IPAR

– The ideal choice for two couples –

Fully equipped apartment for up to 4 people with 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. Located on the 1st floor. Rooms with 1.60 m double beds. With a total area of 51 m2, a sofa ideal to relax in and a charming balcony. With Wi-Fi and television.

HEGO

– For couples… –

Apartment with views of Jaizkibel and Peñas de Aia, fully equipped with capacity for 2 people. It consists of a kitchen, living room and bedroom with a 1.60 m double bed. With a total area of 31 m2. With Wi-Fi and television.

EKI

– For families, friends or couples –

Duplex located on the 1st floor, fully equipped and with capacity for 2 people. It has a 1.60 m double bed in the bedroom and two 90 cm single beds in the other area. With a total area of 45 m2. The kitchen-dining room has access to the balcony. With Wi-Fi and television.

MENDE

– For couples and adapted –

Study adapted for guests with reduced mobility. It has 2 beds of 90 cm joined together. With a total area of 31 m2. Includes walk-in wardrobe, desk, Wi-Fi and television.
