Situated on the slopes of Mount Jaizkibel and overlooking the Peñas de Aia nature park, in a special enclave between
San Sebastian and the south of France, this welcoming rural complex with a decidedly intimate character is a place
where you can find the peace and quiet you have been looking for, and with the convenience of having urban activities within easy reach.
Apartments
We began by completely remodelling an old farmhouse, turning it into a charming and comfortable home
where appreciating the sunsets or listening to the singing of the birds when you wake up, filling you with energy.
The idea grew around…
The apartments named after the four points of the compass (in Basque) IPAR, HEGO, EKI and MENDE grew out of the desire to express the idea with which we started this project 10 years ago with so much enthusiasm, realising the dream of building a place open to all the senses and with the aim of offering a unique experience through which to find oneself.
